We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, database, authentication, maps, storage, analytics, notifications, and app-store services. We do not sell personal information or share personal information with data brokers. If a data use requires App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS, we request that permission before using data for that purpose. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell or serve alcohol.

Reviews, photos, comments, ratings, usernames, profile details, and venue activity may be visible to other users or through public share pages, depending on the feature and your settings.

You can manage location, camera, photos, and notification permissions from iOS Settings. You can update your profile in the app and contact us for account or privacy requests.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain safety and integrity. We may retain backups or logs for a limited period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Tini Time Club is intended only for users who meet the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from users who do not meet that requirement.

Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
